Ashlee is a Montreal-based freelance photographer: a visual explorer who uses light as her medium to capture moments and moods. Discovering her love for camera work at a young age, she pursued professional photography studies in 2009 at Dawson College in Montreal.

Energy, emotions, textures, and natural light are just a few elements that influence her work. Photography has always been her tool to capture the simplicity that is often overlooked and to create authentic images which aim to evoke her subject’s true essence. You can find her shooting portraits and storytelling through short series, urban exploration, landscape, and even her own culinary creations.

Inspired by the unique design of each individual, the movement of the city, and the stillness of the forest, she seeks to continue crafting her art through visual narratives.
