“Some days I’m behind the lens; other days I weave threads of creation into the fabric of form. But in essence we’re all just interconnected vessels of love, navigating the intricate tapestry of life and expanding with the ever-shifting currents of the cosmic maya."
Ashlee is a Montreal-based freelance photographer: a visual storyteller who uses light as her medium to capture moments and moods. Discovering her love for camera work at a young age, she pursued professional photography studies at Dawson College in Montreal.
Her work is driven by the interplay of light, texture, and emotion, revealing the beauty in subtleties and often-overlooked details. Photography has always been her tool to capture simplicity and with each frame, she seeks to photograph the essence of her subjects, whether through portraiture, short series, explorations of urban landscapes or nature. Driven and inspired by the unique designs each individual, the textures of the city, and the stillness of nature, she continues to push the boundaries of her art, crafting visual narratives that resonate with depth and authenticity.
